Welcome
Hello and welcome to the home of Male Female Disabled.
My name is Evangelia Karageorgos and this web-page is an part of an exhibition of my work based on disability and language that was shown during the 2011 Adelaide Fringe Festival.
Nominated for The Adelaide Fringe Award for Best Visual Art - Emerging 2011
and Received special commendation Adelaide Fringe 2011
The official opening was Sunday the 20th February 2pm to 5pm 2011,
and was opened by Kelly Vincent, MP and D4D candidate.
...
This page was created as an extension of my exhibition, allowing people to re-visit the work and to allow a greater audience to view the work. Though I do suggest that you get down and see it in person as it looks much better.
I would also like to warn you that some people may find some of the pieces offensive or rude, please understand that this work is meant to create a shock impact be it positive or negative.
If you are interested in purchasing any of my work please contact me and we can organise a sale.
I am hoping for this to be a really successful series and have great impact, and I hope you will believe so to.
Enjoy and please feel free to tell me what you think
Evangelia
